What Bring With You
Please bring with you a printed original of the document to be signed but where possible please also e mail me a copy of that document in advance as there may be changes or additions to be made to it by me as part of the process of notarisation.
Most importantly in order to enable me to identify you I will need you to produce to me by way of formal identification the originals of:
- your current passport or, (if not available);
- a current photo driving licence;
- a recent bank statement, utility bill or similar document showing your current address.
What To Send In Advance:
It will save time and facilitate the process if you send me in advance by e mail:-copies of your ID documents (as above)
- a copy of the document to be notarised; and-any e mail or instructions you have received identifying what the receiving party requires;
- your telephone number; and
- if you wish me to arrange to send the notarised and legalised document direct to a recipient, their address and telephone number.
